Embed — hide the whole thing behind ONE emoji (byte-level)
The protocol: each byte becomes one invisible variation selector (byte<16 → U+FE00+byte, else U+E0100+byte−16) appended to the carrier — the exact codec in FrayGlyph.java, fray_exec_glyph.c and glyphExec.js. A carrier holds unlimited bytes (one selector each), so a "kissing" 💏 or a flag doesn't hold more than 🧠 — the carrier is just the visible mask; the byte count below is the real weight.
